It is such a pleasure to wake up in the morning without an alarm-clock buzzing in your ear and to feel the fresh air coming through the open balcony door. The sound of school buses’ horns is loud and irritating but not for her. She does not need to wake her little boy up in a hurry and get his school lunch-box ready. All of that is in the past. Her son is a grown-up man now, on business trip somewhere in Europe and his car is down at the parking lot.

I consider myself to be a rather savvy person. I work in media, advertising and the many ways it has inserted itself into my life is something akin to white noise for me. I see it, I know it’s there, but it rarely if ever “works” on me.

I had a recent lunch where I was doing my thing, working, pitching and trying to find a way an in with an important contact when I said something about woman in Dubai when, out of nowhere, he suddently perks up and says "Oh no, I know, they're fearless"

Luxury footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti lends his talent once again to the renowned Swiss master goldsmith Chopard, after their work in partnership for Amfar in 2011 for the prestigious Cannes event. Now Giuseppe Zanotti Design and Chopard collaborated for charity.

Events

One day Tiffany had seen a tweet posted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, that featured a picture of him with his late father Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum in the 1960s on a visit to the Empire State building in New York. The concept of "Two Cities, One Night: New York In Dubai" was born at this point.
